as always I want to share stories with you guys. today as usual before we go into my kitchen and my friends oneline in front for the absent and grooming examination after we finish oneline in cold kitchen since that is in charge today group 2 me and my group friends allowed to continue our project that is PUTU MENANGIS. since yesterday our dough failed then we repeat again and replace rice flour with glutinous flour mixed purple yam and water sekita at 11 we start steaming putu in a cup
after steamed alhamdulillah our project does not fail after the steam finish we plating and garnish with grated coconut and chocolate who already in the chop
after I finish back to the cold kitchen. and at approximately 03.00 we start a little for GC samapai at 04.00 after we finished a little break and then oneline to go home.
