Today we do MID TEST which is making product for Restaurant and our Group 2 are already preparing the ingredients from yesterday and now we are to prepare products for Restaurant. I make Sambal Ulang-ulang with my Group and Assisted by Group 2 Projects, And just Some people that helped us but after 2 hours later Finally done too at 12.40 am. When all is done starting from Appetizer, Soup, Main Course and Dessert We all tidy up our workplace and wait for the Restaurant opened.
This is the product we that have been made.

Ingredients :
Eggplant
Cucumber
Bean Sprouts
Shallots
Green Beans
Chili
Tomato
How to make it :
1. Prepare all the ingredients and wash it clean.
2. Cut all ingredient like Eggplant, Cucumber, Shallots, Green Beans, Chili and Tomato.

How to make it :
1. Prepare all the ingredients and wash it clean.
2. Cut all ingredient like Eggplant, Cucumber, Shallots, Green Beans, Chili and Tomato.

3. After everything is ready, blanch an Eggplant, Cucumber, and Sprouted grains for 1 minute.
4. Drain and shaped using the Ring Cutter and Ready to be served.
